About Our Clinic
Professional Audiology and Hearing Center, Inc., was established in February of 1977 by Roger McGargill, Ph.D. and Ann Rinker. Over the past 27 years our practice has grown to over 8,000 active patients mainly by patients telling friends about us and our service. We earn our patient's trust to the point they tell their friends and family members. Our philosophy continues to be, 'No one will buy a hearing aid unless they are satisfied.' We offer at least a 30-day trial in which time we can compare different hearing aids. Our fee for the trial period and all testing remains the same as it was 27 years ago, only $20.00.
Our staff Audiologists have Master's Degrees in Audiology and are also board certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association. All of our Audiologists constantly attend seminars, continuing education courses and factory sponsored training programs to maintain skills and to be informed on the latest and newest hearing aids as well as computer assisted fitting techniques.
'Our front office staff consists of an Office Manager and two proficient assistants. We take pride in our front office staff's congenial competent and caring service to our patients'.
